Refund Policy
Because our products are digital goods, our refund policy differs from physical retail. Please read this carefully before purchasing.

1. Overview
All products sold on thodigital.com are digital goods (files, templates, and software). Due to the nature of digital products — which are immediately accessible and non-returnable once delivered — we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed and the download has been accessed.
We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, screenshots, and previews thoroughly before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before buying, please contact us at support@thodigital.com.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Download not delivered: You completed payment but did not receive a download link by email or in your account dashboard within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Fundamentally defective file: The product file is corrupted, incomplete, or substantially different from what was described on the product page, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered unless required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
- The product does not meet your specific expectations beyond what was described in the product listing.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake (however, we are happy to help you exchange to the correct one — contact us).
- You lack the software (e.g., Google Sheets) or technical skills required to use the product.
- The product worked correctly but you no longer need it.
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at:
Please include the following in your email:
- Your order ID (found in your confirmation email or account dashboard)
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or details to help us investigate
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and review your request, we will respond within 2 business days.
Card payments (Lemon Squeezy): Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Bank transfer payments (SePay / Vietnam): Approved refunds are returned to the originating bank account. Please include your bank details when contacting us. Processing may take 3–5 business days.
6. Add-on Subscriptions
For Google Sheets Add-ons with optional recurring subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately.
Subscription fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except in cases of a billing error or a defective product as described in Section 2.
7. Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record
For international purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy, they act as the Merchant of Record. In some jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may provide additional rights beyond our policy. Lemon Squeezy's own refund policy and terms may also apply to your purchase.
