We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying.
All Sales Final on Digital Products
Because our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. Once a file has been downloaded or a license key has been issued, we cannot reverse the delivery.
We strongly encourage you to review the product description, preview images, and any sample files before purchasing.
Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Defective product: The file you downloaded is corrupt, broken, or does not work as described, and we are unable to fix or replace it within 72 hours.
- Significantly misrepresented: The product is materially different from its description or preview images.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice. Contact us within 48 hours for a refund of the duplicate charge.
- Unauthorized transaction: You believe a purchase was made on your account without your consent. Please contact us immediately.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@thodigital.com with:
- Your order ID (found in your order confirmation email)
- A description of the issue and why you are requesting a refund
- Any supporting screenshots or evidence if applicable
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Subscriptions
For subscription-based add-ons, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error after cancellation, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
