Terms of Service

All products sold on Thodigital are digital goods. Upon completing a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the product for your own personal or commercial projects.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product to others.
• Share, upload, or make the product available for free or paid download elsewhere.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the product or its design.
• Use the product to create competing products that are substantially similar to the original.

For products that are Google Workspace Add-ons, the following additional terms apply:

• License scope: Your license is per-user and non-transferable. You may not share your license key or account credentials to grant others access.
• License validation: The add-on may require an internet connection to validate your license key against our servers. Offline use is not guaranteed.
• Updates: We may release updates to add-ons to fix bugs, add features, or maintain compatibility with Google Workspace. Minor updates are included with your license. We will announce any major breaking changes before they take effect.
• Google Workspace compatibility: Add-ons are designed for Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.). We are not responsible for disruptions caused by Google's own platform changes.
• Marketplace compliance: Use of our add-ons is also subject to the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service.

Some add-ons are available under a recurring subscription plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing interval (monthly or annually).

• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
• If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. Continued failure may result in suspension of your license.

Prices are displayed in USD. We also support VND (Vietnamese Dong) for bank transfer payments via SePay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where we are required to collect them. For international transactions, Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all VAT and tax compliance.

Payment must be completed before any product files or license keys are delivered.

After successful payment, download links will be sent to your email address within a few minutes. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard at any time.

Download links are time-limited for security. If your link expires, you can generate a fresh one from your orders page — there is no limit on how many times you can regenerate links for your purchases.

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Please review the product description, screenshots, and any available samples before purchasing.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your purchased files or license keys. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

All products, designs, and content on Thodigital are owned by their respective creators. Purchasing a product grants you a usage license only — it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

Thodigital and its products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, including unauthorized redistribution of our products or abuse of the license system. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
