Terms of Service

By accessing or using thodigital.com ("the Site"), or by purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Thodigital sells the following types of digital products:

• Google Sheets Templates: Pre-built spreadsheet files for productivity, finance, planning, and more.
• Digital Planners: Downloadable planner files in compatible formats.
• Google Sheets Add-ons: Software add-ons for Google Sheets, delivered via a license key.

All products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

When you purchase a product, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address to receive your download link.

International payments (credit/debit card) are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles VAT, sales tax, and all applicable tax compliance on our behalf. By completing a card payment, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Vietnamese bank transfer payments are processed via SePay using the VietQR standard. The order remains pending until payment is confirmed, which typically occurs within 5–10 seconds of transfer.

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. For bank transfers, the equivalent VND amount is shown at checkout.

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased digital product under the following terms:

• Personal and commercial use: You may use templates and planners for your own personal or commercial projects (e.g., managing your business finances, client reports). You may not resell or distribute the original files.
• Single-user license: Each purchase grants access for a single user. Team or multi-user licenses require separate purchases unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Add-on licenses: A license key activates the add-on for a single Google account. License keys are non-transferable.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our digital products (including templates and planners) with third parties.
• Upload or share our files on file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or any website without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any add-on or software product.
• Claim ownership or authorship of our products as your own original work.
• Use our products in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Violation of these restrictions may result in license revocation and legal action.

All products, content, designs, and materials on thodigital.com are the exclusive property of Thodigital or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described in Section 4. It does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

After a successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The link is also accessible from your account dashboard under "My Orders".

Download links generated on demand are time-limited for security purposes. You can generate a new link at any time from your account dashboard, as long as your account remains active.

We reserve the right to revoke access to downloads in the event of a confirmed violation of these Terms.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that templates or add-ons will meet every specific requirement of your use case. We encourage you to review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thodigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@thodigital.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.

For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy (international card payments), additional dispute resolution may be governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms as Merchant of Record.
